Practice Enhancement

This confidential component of the Quality Management Program is designed to assist physiotherapists who have been identified as having areas that require more learning or development. 

Some physiotherapists may benefit from a Practice Enhancement Coach. The Quality Management Committee would determine if a Coach is required and assign one to support that individual.

Results from the Practice Assessment are used to develop a learning plan for this component of the program. The Practice Enhancement coach will mentor and support each participant towards meeting competency standards. At the end, a decison will be made by the Committee determining if standards are met.
