The Public Register is legislated by the Ontario Government to be available to the public. In Ontario, all persons using the title of “physiotherapist” must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Information such as registration number, name, address, phone number and discipline decisions is available to you by contacting the College.

Physiotherapy services may be delivered in your home through a Community Care Access Centre or CCAC. CCACs have eligibility criteria for patients to receive physiotherapy and may have limits on the number of physiotherapy treatments available.
