The development of this checklist was suggested by registrants seeking assistance to apply the performance expectations outlined in the Standard for Professional Practice: Record Keeping. The College is eager to capitalize on the helpful suggestions made by physiotherapists. We hope this checklist will assist you in applying the standard into clinical practice and/or in auditing your own records.
