Welcome to our Community
Access the Jurisprudence Community of Practice here.
The Communities of Practice component of the College website is NEW and is intended to promote collective discussion within the profession on topics relevant to regulation and quality care.
In addition, some communities will be built to include opportunities for physiotherapists/physical therapists in very specific areas, let’s say for example rural practice, to connect together on matters important to safe standards of care.
As a new initiative, these Communities of Practice will start on broad topics and on one topic at a time. No different than before, your input and opinion counts in shaping the standards for your practice. New to this tool are increased capacities for detailed review and analysis of the way feedback is obtained and provided.
For example, the new tool will allow registrants to:
- Submit detailed comments online through Communities of Practice
- Comment anonymously if desired
- View the comments of their peers
- Allowing for focused discussions on issues that have been identified as needing more input
- Breaking the document into discrete sections, each of which may be commented on separately
The Jurisprudence Community of Practice is now open. Access it here.
Get involved with your peers and make a difference. We welcome your participation!
