Annual Registration Renewal 2012

The Online Annual Registration Renewal system is closed effective March 31. To renew your registration, please submit your completed Registration Renewal Form by mail, fax, email or in person. The College is open from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

If your certificate had a March 31st expiry, you must include the late fee ($225) along with your renewal fee. 

Four-month Independent Practice certificate holders are not subject to late fees or suspensions.  However, they must complete their renewal prior to the expiry date listed on the certificate of registration in order to continue to practice.

FAQs

If you are not planning to practice physiotherapy or use the title of physiotherapist in Ontario, you may resign from the College.  Please provide your intent to resign in writing (by email, fax or mail) as soon as possible.

New - Roster Online

Registrants may roster to perform authorized activites as part of the online registration renewal process or at any time through the online registration system. For more information, review the steps to rostering.
