Inactive Practice

Inactive Practice is a registration category for registrants who are not currently practising physiotherapy in Ontario.

Requirements

• The applicant holds an Independent Practice certificate.
• The applicant is not engaged in employment in Ontario or other activities related to his or her credentials or experience as a physiotherapist.

Terms, Conditions and Limitations

• The individual may not engage in employment in Ontario or other activities related to his or her credentials or experience as a physiotherapist. This may include (but is not limited to): clinical practice, health administration, teaching, research and the sales of health goods or services.
