Revocations, Suspensions and Resignations

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario regulates the practice of the 10,000+ physiotherapists in Ontario. The College is responsible for protecting and serving the public interest by ensuring that physiotherapists provide high-quality, competent and ethical services.

Following the provisions set out in the Health Professions Procedural Code which is section 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act, the College is required to make certain information about physiotherapists available to the public. These requirements are outlined in section 23(2) of the Code.

For ease of reference, the following physiotherapists have had their certificates of registration suspended or revoked or have resigned during an investigation and agreed to never practice as a physiotherapist in Ontario.
