Allegations(s)

It was alleged that the registrant was an incapacitated member of the profession.
 

Finding

The Panel found that the member was an incapacitated member of the profession within the meaning of section1 of the Health Professions Procedural Code.

Disposition

The panel ordered that Mr. Henderson’s certificate of registration be revoked.
