Case: 2014 0167

Hunter, Judith—Registration #04148

April 30, 2015
On November 25, 2014, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) confirmed that Ms. Hunter's failure to appear before a panel of the ICRC to receive a caution warranted a referral to the College’s Discipline Committee for a hearing.

The hearing took place on Thursday, April 30, 2015.

The panel found that Ms. Hunter had committed acts of professional misconduct in that she failed to comply with an order of a statutory Committee and engaged in conduct relevant to the practice of the profession that, having regard to all of the circumstances, would reasonably be seen by members as disgraceful, dishonorable or unprofessional.

The panel ordered the following penalty:

* That Ms. Hunter shall appear before the panel to receive a reprimand.

* That Ms. Hunter shall pay costs to the College in the amount of $2,000.
