Annual Renewal

All PTs must renew by March 31 each year 

The Online Annual Registration Renewal system is closed effective March 31, 2017. 

To renew your registration, please submit your completed Registration Renewal Form by mail, fax, email or in person. The College is open from 8:30 am–4:30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

If your certificate had a March 31st expiry, you must include the late fee ($225) along with your renewal fee.

f you are not planning to practice physiotherapy or use the title of physiotherapist in Ontario, you may resign from the College. Please provide your intent to resign in writing (by email, fax or mail) as soon as possible.

You may update your profile online at any time.

If you are unable to update your information online, you must provide the information by fax, email or regular mail. To notify the College of changes to your employment information, please use the Employment Information Update form available below.

Tax Receipts

Electronic tax receipts will be emailed to all physiotherapists who renew by the end of May 2017.
