Jurisprudence Module

2023 Jurisprudence Module

All physiotherapists registered for Independent Practice in Ontario between September 27, 2022 and September 25, 2023 are required to successfully complete an online, multiple choice exercise, called the Jurisprudence Module.

Physiotherapists who have not completed Jurisprudence in the past 5 years will also be required to complete the module. The module tests your understanding and application of practice standards, legislation and rules related to practice in Ontario. You have two chances to successfully complete it.

If you are required to complete the Jurisprudence Module this year, you will receive an email from the College in October 2023. If you do not receive the email, you do not need to complete the module.

The Jurisprudence Module runs from October 2 to December 1, 2023.
