Mental Health and Wellness Resources

Access a list of mental health and wellness resources for physiotherapists, patients and others.

Every patient, member of the public and physiotherapist who engages with us has a lived experience that will in part shape and influence their expectations of us. The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is committed to making sure people of all backgrounds and abilities are treated with respect and have equal access to our services. We have taken steps to ensure that staff, and other individuals who assist the College in our work, understand our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. Please let the staff member you are working with directly know how we can support you, and they will work with you to meet your needs.

We also recognize that you may require additional supports that we are unable to provide. We have compiled a list of resources that are available free of charge to residents of Ontario. Some of the resources are also available nationally.

If you are unsure of where to start, the Practice Advisors are available to help you. Please contact them by email at or by phone at 1-800-583-5885 ext. 241.
