There is no College requirement, nor is it an expectation of the Standard to have this kind of document. However, if you would find it helpful in your practice setting, why not consider creating one to help you to provide the suitable level of supervision based on the patient’s condition, the clinical environment, the abilities of the physiotherapist assistant and any other relevant factors.
